Beacon Villa is a very comfortable home. Cozy Fireplace in living room with comfy leather power recliners.‼️ Excellent area near Wake Med. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful home. All bedrooms are upstairs. SMART TV’s in every bedroom, streaming in select rooms. Charcoal grill & Outdoor propane fire pit with comfy outdoor chairs. (We do not supply propane gas) 3 night minimum stay. NO SMOKING inside home. Side patio is for smoking.

You want all guests to feel very cozy during their stay at Beacon Villa. Feel right at home. And enjoy Our 1300 sqft home. Comfortable feeling of a cozy villa. Ceiling fans in every room. Bedrooms are cozy and have smart TV’s. Enjoy logging into your account and streaming! Cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. Gas Fireplace in the living room. Outdoor fire pit with comfortable patio chairs. Please see instructions to operate fire place and gas fire pit. Please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use to protect from the elements. NO PETS ALLOWED on premises. NO SMOKING inside house. There is a patio area for smoking outside

NO GARAGE ACCESS. Our garage is locked. No smoking inside house. Designated Smoking area is outside on patio. NO PETS. We do not allow pets of any kind Depending on availability Check in early at 12pm for additional 50.00, subject to availability Request late Check out until 1pm for additional 50.00, subject to availability. We supply All bedroom linen wash cloths and towels Extra bed linen, wash cloths & towels Keurig cups Coffee and coffee creamers Plates, cups and silverware Pots and Pans Trash bags Body wash Washing detergent We Do Not supply Propane for the fire pit. We DO NOT supply charcoal for the outdoor grill. You should be prepared to do a tank exchange for ~30.00 if the unit has been emptied. Our next door neighbor usually handles the trash cans. But just in case. Thursday’s guests… please take trash can to the curb.. Friday’s guest….. please bring trash can back to designated area in yard.
